Blizzard Entertainment

Blizzard Throughout the year of 2007, Blizzard has been hiring new employees to put together a team for their new project, - allegedly another MMO. Within the World of Warcraft forums, WoW fans have been debating what the next generation game may be. Will the newly formed team be working on an unannounced expansion for the current franchise or will they be working towards another title not yet announced? Prior to 12/2/07, there had not been any official posts or leaks regarding the route of the new MMO team, until a Blizzard employee, only known by his forums name, Drysc, enlightened everyone by posting a small teaser. Replying to a forums user, he stated that the team is going to be working on a new MMO and that the project doesn't necessarily mean that it is an expansion for World of Warcraft. With this being unofficially "official" that Blizzard will be working on a new MMO title, does that mean we will be seeing another Blizzard franchise dominate the gaming industry once again? You can visit the official post by "Drysc" here, as well as browse the forums there to view everyone's thoughts as to what the MMO will be.
