Mr. Bard touts 10 years of customer relationship experience, with customers ranging from government services and pharmaceutical corporations, to his most
recent experience with gamers and MMO players around the world. In his latest tenure, he functioned as a liaison for Sony Online Entertainment's outsource
group, where he managed a group of 70 individuals and was responsible for the most consistently successful processes (productivity-wise and quality-wise)
based overseas. He was also instrumental in coordinating seamless customer service launches of The Matrix Online, PlanetSide (Russia), and Everquest 2
(Russia), as well as the implementation of SOE's newest CRM solution in all overseas locations. Mr. Bard joins the Game Center Group as Supervisor of
E-Support.
