Joseph Paolinelli has worked in the online gaming industry for 9 years in both the support and development roles. His experience on the development and business side of the house brings a unique
perspective to Game Center Group. In his early years Joseph studied Journalism and worked as a Photo-Journalist until joining Sony Online Entertainment on the front lines in Customer Support.
In addition to his customer support role at Sony, Joe worked in the Development Department as a Lead Cartographer for the Legacy of Ykesha expansion for EverQuest. After leaving Sony he
joined Abandon Interactive Entertainment as the Community and Customer Service Manager where he built a Customer Service Department and developed his first Indie game Couples Sudoku.
Before leaving Abandon he worked as Lead Programmer for the flash port of “Penga’s Peril” (tm) on the Xbox 360. Currently Joseph holds the title of Director of E-Support at Game Center Group
and continues grow in an industry that has been so good to him all these years.
